Swapzone alternative for swapping Monero (XMR)
Swapzone compares quotes from partner exchanges and hands your swap to the one you pick, under that partner's terms. SilentXMR is a single service: one quote, Kraken's last price minus 0.5%, locked for 30 minutes. Here is how they compare.
The short version
- Swapzone: an aggregator. No account and no Swapzone fee; it shows offers from partners such as ChangeNOW, FixedFloat, SimpleSwap and Exolix, each with a KYC label, and the partner runs the swap.
- SilentXMR: one service runs your swap from start to finish, at Kraken's last price minus 0.5%, locked for 30 minutes. Payouts are sent by hand.
- Pick Swapzone to compare many offers side by side. Pick SilentXMR for one published rate, one set of rules and no ID checks.

What Swapzone is
Swapzone calls itself an aggregator that compares rates from third-party providers and acts only as an intermediary. Its terms name Block Back LLC, registered in Georgia, as the operator. No registration is needed, and Swapzone says it takes no fee from users: partners pay it a commission, and fees are included in the amounts shown unless an offer says otherwise. On 18 October 2026 its BTC to XMR page compared offers from 18 exchanges; its XMR data listed 16 partner brands.
When you choose an offer, the swap is run by that partner: its terms say you also accept the partner's privacy policy and terms, and that partners are responsible for KYC and AML checks. Swapzone also reserves the right to request documents and suspend a transaction if it sees suspicious activity. Each offer shows a KYC label (Never, Rare, Often or Always) for how often that partner starts checks, and whether the rate is fixed or floating. Swapzone does not set the fixed-rate window; the partner does.
Swapzone says it never holds or transfers users' funds: you send coins to the partner's deposit address and the partner pays out, usually in 5 to 30 minutes. Minimums and maximums come from each partner. Card and bank purchases are listed through partners such as MoonPay, Guardarian, Banxa and Transak.
