Kraken does not list XMR against the Chinese yuan, so the rate is Kraken's last XMR/USD price multiplied by the day's USD to CNY exchange rate from open.er-api.com. The exact exchange rate used is shown in the "Where this rate comes from" section.
Why is the XMR price in CNY different on other sites?
Each site uses its own source. Exchanges show their own last trade, and price sites average several exchanges. Exchange-rate timing also matters: fiat exchange rates change during the day, while this page uses a daily rate. Differences of a fraction of a percent are normal.
