What LetsExchange was, and when it closed
LetsExchange was a crypto swap site run, according to its terms, by CryptoLightHouse Ltd., a company in the Seychelles. Its archived home page from January 2026 said it had been running since 2021, listed more than 5,850 coins and offered market (floating) and fixed rates. Its terms said swaps were processed by third-party providers rather than by LetsExchange itself, that it never held users' funds, and that Monero might be accepted subject to the provider's policy.
Its terms also allowed a rate to deviate from the expected rate by up to 5%, said transactions with its providers were final and that LetsExchange was not responsible for refunds, and listed prohibited jurisdictions including the United States, the European Union and the United Kingdom.
Today letsexchange.io shows only a notice: after five and a half years, LetsExchange ceased its exchange operations on 1 October 2026, and support remains available by email until 30 November 2026. The notice does not name a successor.
