Win 10 XMR: the SilentXMR Monero (XMR) prize draw
We're giving away 100 XMR as 10 prizes of 10 XMR. Every completed swap made before the end of 5 February 2027 is an entry, with no sign-up. Winners are picked from a future Monero block hash, so anyone can check the draw.

How to enter
There is nothing to sign up for. Your swap is your entry.
- Create a swap in the swap card, between 18 October 2026 and 5 February 2027 at 23:59:59 UTC. The usual $50 minimum applies.
- Send your deposit. Your order counts once we have received it (order status "deposit received" or "sent").
- Keep your order ID. It is your entry and your proof if you win.
Make a swap and you are in the draw.
- Kraken's live price minus 0.5%. You see exactly what you get before you send.
- Your rate is locked for 30 minutes from the moment you create the order. Send in time and the amount is yours.
- BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC or SOL in, XMR out to your address. Or the other way round.
Rules
- One entry per order. Cancelled orders and orders whose deposit never arrived are not entries.
- There are 10 prizes of 10 XMR. An order can win only once.
- Entry period: orders created from 18 October 2026 to 5 February 2027 at 23:59:59 UTC, with the deposit received by the time the entry list is published on 6 February 2027.
- Open to people aged 18 or over. Not open where the law does not allow prize draws like this one, or to residents of countries under comprehensive sanctions.
- Orders must be processed under our normal terms. Refunded orders and orders we could not process are not entries.
- The prizes, dates and draw method on this page will not change. If fewer than 10 orders qualify, each one wins a prize and the remaining prizes are not awarded.

How the winners are drawn
Nobody, including us, can choose the winners. They come from the hash of a Monero block that does not exist yet, using the method below.
- The entry list. On 6 February 2027 we publish every entry on this page as a tag made from its order ID, so order IDs stay private. The tag is PBKDF2-HMAC-SHA256 of the order ID with the salt
silentxmr-prize-draw-2027, 1,000,000 iterations and a 32-byte output, written in hex. The list is sorted from lowest to highest. - The block. The draw uses the hash of Monero block 3,868,000, expected around 8 February 2027, after entries close. Any Monero block explorer shows it.
- The picks. For prizes 1 to 10 in turn: take the SHA-256 of the block hash followed by a colon and the prize number (for example
<hash>:1), read it as a number, and divide it by the number of entries still on the list. The remainder is the winning position, counting from 0, and that entry leaves the list. - Check it yourself. With the entry list and the block hash, anyone can repeat the draw and get the same 10 winners.
Getting your prize
- After block 3,868,000 we publish the 10 winning tags on this page. You can check whether your order won from its order ID.
- If your winning order was a swap to XMR, we send 10 XMR to the XMR address on that order. You do not need to do anything.
- If your winning order was a swap from XMR to another coin, email service@silentxmr.com with your order ID and an XMR address by 8 April 2027.
- Prizes are sent by hand, like our swaps.
- A prize not claimed by 8 April 2027 is drawn again among the remaining entries in the same way, using the hash of Monero block 3,911,200.
- Your order ID is your only proof that you won, so keep it private.

Questions
Do I need an account or an email address to enter?
No. Your order ID is your entry. We only need an email from a winner whose swap was from XMR to another coin, so we know where to send the prize.
Do bigger swaps get more entries?
No. Every order whose deposit we receive is one entry, whatever its size above the $50 minimum.
Can I enter more than once?
Yes. Each completed swap is a separate entry, and each order can win once.
When is the draw?
Entries close on 5 February 2027 at 23:59:59 UTC. The entry list is published on 6 February 2027, and the winners come from Monero block 3,868,000, expected around 8 February 2027.
How do I know the draw is fair?
The winners come from a Monero block hash that nobody can know in advance, using a method published here before entries close. With the published entry list, anyone can repeat the draw.
Does the XMR price change the prize?
No. Each prize is 10 XMR, whatever XMR is worth on the day.
