About SilentXMR, a swap service for Monero (XMR)
SilentXMR is operated by SilentXMR Ltd. It does one thing: swaps between Monero (XMR) and BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC or SOL, without an account. Here is how it works and how it is paid for.
Who runs SilentXMR
silentxmr.com is operated by SilentXMR Ltd. The service went live on 18 October 2026. Support is by email at service@silentxmr.com, 24 hours a day.
SilentXMR is not affiliated with the Monero Project, with Kraken, or with any of the services compared on this site.
What the service does
- Every swap starts or ends in XMR. The pairs are BTC, ETH, LTC, SOL, USDT (ERC-20, TRC-20, SPL) and USDC (ERC-20, SPL), each to and from XMR.
- The rate is Kraken's last traded price minus a 0.5% spread. You see it before you send, and it is locked for 30 minutes from when you create the order.
- The minimum is $50 worth of the coin you send. Above $50,000, contact support before you send.
- There is no account. No name, email address or ID is asked for, for a swap or for a refund.
How SilentXMR makes money
The only income is the 0.5% spread in the quoted rate. There are no other service fees, no paid listings and no affiliate payments from the services compared on this site. You also pay the normal network fee for sending your coin, as with any transaction.
How orders are processed
We are open 24 hours a day, every day. Deposits are checked and payouts are sent by hand: processing starts as soon as your deposit arrives, and the payout is sent as soon as the deposit has confirmed. How long that takes depends mostly on the blockchain you send from, so a swap is not instant.
Each order has a page that shows only the status we set: awaiting deposit, deposit received, sent or cancelled. Once the payout is sent, its transaction ID appears there. You can look an order up at Track order.
What we store
An order stores the coins, amounts, rate, your receiving address, its status, transaction IDs, times and an internal note. Orders are deleted 90 days after they are created; prize-draw entries are kept until the draw settles. The details are in the privacy policy and the terms.
